Providing legal assistance in the field of labor law, which includes the following actions, but is not limited to:

1. Drafting of the Rulebook on organization and systematization, Rulebook on work, Contract of employment and Annex to the contract of employment, drafting of collective agreements with employers.
2. Drafting of employment contracts and contracts on the rights and obligations of directors (managerial contracts)
3. Regulation of the engagement of employees with work from home or in the field
4. Drafting warnings before termination of employment contracts, termination of employment contracts, termination of employment agreements.
5. Providing legal assistance and representation in relation to wrongful dismissal.
6. Representation in disciplinary proceedings at the employer
7. Prohibition of competition during employment with the employer and upon termination of employment (NDA clause)
8. Collection of receivables (arrears of wages, annual leave)
9. Counseling in the procedures for preventing abuse at work (mobbing) and whistleblowing.
10. Litigation proceedings regarding the exercise of rights before the Republic Pension Fund and the Republic Fund for Health Insurance of labor law and proceedings before the Labor Inspection.
11. Obtaining a work permit for foreigners and sending employees to work abroad.
12. Advising the employer in the field of safety and health at work, in order to harmonize the employer’s work with the applicable legislation.
